Refund Policy

Due to the time, preparation, and energetic nature of services:

Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Missed appointments may not qualify for refunds.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future services.

6. Client Conduct
